Four magic steps to help you think out problems and develop and action plan are as follows. known by the acrynon of TILS Technique, developed by CSP Conni Gordon:
= T stands for THINK-it (write down goal. Example increase sales)
= I stands for INK-it (use a big paper and freely write whatever comes to mind. Think funny, outrageous, impossible, proven past successes, failures, include your own education and hobby experiences, for examples. Write vertically, sideways, any way around the paper. Then put it aside for 2 days.)
= L stands for LINK-it. (circle a chain of possible plans of action. Connect possible situations with seemingly impossible ones. Free yourself from repeating past experiences.)
= S can stand for SYNC-it, or SINK-it and restart. Develop an action plan using your linked ideas to help you progress more creatively to reach your goal in a different new way.
