At Home Working 4 Me
http://www.athomeworking4me.com

I spend a bit of time on the forums. There is a lot of good information there. But one thing that really puzzles me is when someone makes the statement, "If you have to pay to work for a

business , its not a legitimate business, but a scam." This is not true.

I am also surprised at the number of people who call me

or write me asking for a free ride. They say things like,

"If this were any good, you would let me join for free!"

They really don't understand the investment aspect of getting

into business. Does McDonalds give you a store and say, "Pay

me back when you start making money."?

I would like to see anyone start a business for under 500.00 in town. A real business, owned and operated by you. It can't be done.

There are costs involved in setting up your business and

putting it in front of other people. Are you willing to get

started in a business where you are giving it away to other

people to give away? Where will YOU be getting your wages from?

I think most people that are serious about running their own home

business know and understand there are costs involved. If not money, then your time. If you want to get something for nothing, and do nothing to get rich, go ahead, buy into one of the hundreds of scams that are out there waiting to get your money (because you have to pay something, sometime) There is no free ride to success.

Someone has to pay somewhere. "SIGN UP FOR FREE, MAKE 50,000.00

NEXT MONTH". Sorry, I just don't believe it.

There has to be some up front costs. There isn't a legitimate business out there that will send you all their training materials, flyers, product samples, etc for free. They will go broke pretty fast, because of all the lookie loonies out there just looking.

Another thing that often costs is leads. The lead companies have to pay big time to place ads to get lead names. They won't give them out for free. There are ways to get leads for free, and there are ways to get your website shown for free, but it can take a bit more time. You have to spend some money, or some time. Both are worth it.

Remember that any expense is tax deductible. Save all your receipts. If you are serious about reaching your financial goals, you will be willing to spend some on either advertising or leads, preferably both.

There is a difference between a job, (working for someone for a wage), and a business opportunity. A business opportunity is your own business. Owned, operated by YOU. You decide the hours you put into it, and you decide how you run it. You will not get paid unless you are serious and dedicated to building your business. It takes time, it won't happen overnight. But its worth it.

There are not many "jobs" out there on the internet. But there are a lot of "business opportunities" out there. Some of them are scams. Do some investigating first. I went through a couple of them before I found what I was looking for. A product people want and need, training and support that doesn't fade away. A company that is honest and fair, and has a pay plan that pays you right away. No hidden tricks.
