A will is a legal document that states who gets what when you die. Lawyers can draw them up for you or you can buy a form at the stationary store or even prepare them on the computer. It is a good idea to have an attorney review them to make sure everything is correct. 2. Living Trust: Some estates require planning beyond what a simple will can provide.
